Terms of service
The terms that apply to the Opranta website, the text messages we send, and the messages you send through the platform.
Who these terms are with
This website and the Opranta platform are operated by Bittanic. Using the site, submitting a form, or holding an account means you accept these terms. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs the service and these terms cover the website around it.
Using this website
The site is here to explain Opranta, take demo requests and support a business conversation. Do not submit false details or someone else's details, automate submissions, attempt to break or overload the site, or use it to send anything unlawful.
Text message programme
By ticking the consent box on one of our forms you agree to receive text messages from Opranta about the request you made, your account, and support. We do not send marketing campaigns by text.
- Message frequency varies. Most people receive fewer than 5 messages a month.
- Message and data rates may apply. We never charge you for a message.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop them. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after it.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@opranta.com.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Messages you send through the platform
If you use Opranta to message your own contacts, those messages are yours. You are the sender, and you are responsible for them. As a condition of sending, you agree that:
- Every recipient gave you consent to be messaged, you can evidence when and how, and you keep that record for as long as you hold the number
- Your messages identify your business, honour STOP and HELP, and state that message and data rates may apply where required
- You do not send content relating to cannabis, firearms, tobacco or vaping, gambling, adult content, high-risk lending, or anything else prohibited by the mobile carriers
- You do not send to purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise unconsented lists
- You register your own brand and campaign with the mobile carriers, in your own legal name, before sending in the United States
We may suspend sending on an account that breaches this, without notice where a carrier requires it. Carrier fees, fines or penalties caused by your messages are yours to pay.
What we describe here may change
We aim to describe Opranta accurately, but packaging, rollout scope, integrations and limits change over time. Nothing on this website is a commitment to deliver a particular feature by a particular date. Final commercial scope is what is confirmed in writing during sales and onboarding.
Third-party services
Parts of the product depend on third parties — messaging and voice carriers, payment processors, email delivery, mapping, AI providers, hosting. Their availability and their own rules affect what the product can do, and a change on their side can change a feature on ours.
No warranty on website content
Website content is provided as-is for information. Uptime, support response, security obligations and any other production commitment live in the governing commercial agreement, not here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to use the site or the service after a change means you accept it.
